If, after this trial period, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 30-day money-back guarantee is in place to ensure your satisfaction. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in processing. Cancellations within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We encourage you to use our products for a minimum of 14 days to witness the benefits firsthand. If you are not satisfied within 60 days of your purchase, you are welcome to return the product. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Damaged Items
We take pride in our packaging to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@bellafano.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your products promptly, certain issues outside our control, such as courier delays, customs, or other logistical issues, may arise. Bellafano is not liable for delays caused by external factors. If issues occur, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours, Bellafano cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery, and items will not be reshipped or refunded.
